Can I use my insurance?
The practice accepts most insurance plans, including most HMO plans. Please call to verify your specific plan before your visit. Patients without insurance are also welcome; cash, credit cards and checks are accepted.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please give the office at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot keep your appointment. A fee may be charged for a missed appointment without sufficient notice.
